Many people take to the Gulf Coast for a quieter relaxing second week. Situated to the North and West of Tampa are residential areas with a range of homes offering just the tonic. As a rule, the further north you travel, the quieter and less developed the areas become. They are ideal for relaxing by the pool, playing golf, or making your own entertainment. There are very limited beach areas north of Clearwater Beach.
New Port Richey area villas
These villas are located north of Tampa on private residential developments at several locations such as Hudson, Fairway Oaks, Park Lane Estates and Arlington Woods. They range from 3 to 4 bedroom homes, mostly with private pools and are located approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the coast and beaches. This area is a residential and retirement area and is ideal as a quiet base for the second week.
